James must review your request and confirm availability, the work to be discussed, and any next steps directly with you.

Preferred days and times are requests, not published opening hours or reserved appointments. Mobile service depends on the job, location, and availability.

Service urgency

• ASAP: You would like the next available opening and can wait to be contacted.
• Urgent: You need the repair completed quickly.
• Emergency: You have no other transportation.

These categories help James understand your situation. They do not guarantee response times, priority over existing work, or immediate service. This website is not an emergency dispatch service. Do not drive an unsafe vehicle to the shop.

Shop visits and address

Service at the Copple Road shop in Centralia, Illinois is by appointment. James will provide the full shop address when confirming your visit. Please arrange the visit before bringing or transporting a vehicle to the property.

Vehicle information and repair decisions

Provide accurate contact and vehicle information, and submit requests only for a vehicle you are authorized to discuss. Information exchanged online is preliminary and may require an in-person inspection. Service listings and dropdown categories do not guarantee that James can perform every repair on every vehicle.
